NH MALAGA, Malaga – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel has a superb location, walking distance to shops and attractions, but there were some disappointments in other areas. The room assigned to me was smaller than expected with only a single bed, lacking a balcony and a double bed. The service, particularly during check-in and regarding language barriers, fell short of expectations. However, the dining experience was enjoyable with varied options. The location was a major highlight, close to key sights in the city.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. I loved the unique sweets at reception, but the check-in process was frustrating due to passport requirements. The staff were a mixed bag with some rude encounters during check-in, while the cleaning and bar staff were fantastic. The new building I stayed in was modern but noisy due to traffic, and the pool area could get crowded. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean with a comfortable bed and efficient AC to beat the hottest days. Although, there was an issue with the air conditioning eventually, and the room was conveniently located next to the elevator.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit outdated with loose furniture, but they offered a quiet environment just a floor up from the other rooms. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff readily available. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping options. The dining experience was delightful, especially with some Spanish delicacies available. The facilities were modern and clean, providing a comfortable ambiance.

The hotel has everything you need, offering well-appointed and comfortable rooms with a very good bathroom. However, the check-in process can be frustrating due to the strict passport requirement. The bar staff is fantastic, while the cleaning staff are happy and polite. Not having tea/coffee making facilities is a drawback.
